LEASE AGREEMENTA well-crafted lease agreement specifies the terms of your rental arrangement, reduces your liability risk, and helps protect your investment. As a landlord, you need a high-quality lease agreement both you and your tenant can trust. We have three types of contracts depending on the type of property: residential, commercial, and short-term.
ARRAS AGREEMENTAn arras document is used for the purchase of a property, where the party interested in purchasing a property deposits 10% of the price – and the terms of the sale are agreed. A well-crafted one specifies the terms of your private agreement, reduces your liability risk, and protects your investment against the successful completion of the purchase.
