OPTING FOR THE SPECIAL REGIME
1. The taxpayer has to notify the Fiscal Administration of his/her opting for the taxation as per the special regime during the first six months after starting the activity that figures in the registration with Social Security.

2. Document issued by the entity residing in Spain, expressing their acknowledgement of the displacement on order to provide services to them, with a copy of the writ of displacement of the employer, the date of start of the activity that figures in the registration with Social Security.
